Dispatch and Delivery
Unless stated otherwise all items will be made to order within 3 weeks.
If an item is a pre-made one-off it will be dispatched within
1-3 working days of purchase.
All by.agy garments are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For so we can keep track of your order. The price of an item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are £5 for the UK, and £20 for the rest of the world, no matter how much you order.
Orders are expected to arrive with you within 1-3 working days after posting in the UK. Items shipped to Europe are expected within 5-10 working days and 8-28 working days for the rest of the world.
In using the Website you agree to these Terms and Conditions of which Calm Amongst the Chaos reserve the right to
change or amend at any time.
Returns
All by.agy garments are handmade in house.
If after receiving your garment it is unsuitable, for whatever reason, we offer an exchange or credit note if you inform by.agy, via email, within 14 days of the original dispatch date and return the garment(s) in that time.
All items must be returned to by.agy, prepaid and in the condition they were sent (unworn and unwashed), of which we shall be the sole judge, and within their original packaging. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged and/or defective items (through no fault of your own wearing or use) will be repaired or replaced. by.agy must be informed (via email) within 14 days after the dispatch date of any damaged and/or defective items.
We ask that you include the completed Returns Slip so that we can process your return as simply as possible. We would also recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
If you need to cancel your order, for any reason, it has to be within 20 minutes of placing the order.
In using the Website you agree to these Terms and Conditions of which by.agy reserve the right to change or amend at any time. By purchasing using the online store you give by.agy permission to keep your details. We will not pass on information to any 3rd parties.
Please note SALE and custom items are non returnable unless faulty.

When you purchase from Chaos, we collect more information including your Billing and Shipping Address and Mobile Number. We also keep a record of your Chaos purchase history. This information is used to fulfil your current orders, to enable us to maintain our customer care service or to contact you with Chaos news offers and events.
